In today's blog post, Chef Rachael introduces three new spice blends which will be included in our meal boxes, and how you can use them to spice up your life this summer!
Southwest Taco Spice with Fruit and Lime:
1 T taco Spice
1 T lime Juice
1/2 ripe pineapple cut into spears
Instructions:
Place each ingredient into a separate cup.
Take pineapple and dip into lime juice then Southwest spice mix.
Eat and enjoy
Sweet Chili Vinaigrette
2 oz sweet chili sauce
1 oz apple cider vinegar
2 oz grapeseed or olive oil
Instructions:
Whisk together sweet chili sauce and vinegar.
Add oil in a slow steady stream while whisking.
Toss with your favorite vegetables or refrigerate in a closed container for up to two weeks.
Garlic and Herb Dip
1 T Garlic Herb Salt
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 c whole fat or greek yogurt
Instructions:
Combine lemon juice and garlic salt
Let sit for 1 min
Stir in yogurt
Serve with your favorite vegetables or overchilled roast chicken.
