Description

Pasture raised, organically managed pork slow braised in a smokey Carolina BBQ sauce served alongside a raw slaw of local cabbage and carrot tossed in raw apple cider vinegar. A slice of non-GMO Rhode Island flint cornbread completes this gut health enhancing dish.
