Toasted walnuts and basil are the base for the pesto that pairs with pasture raised chicken breast and is served over creamy cashew butternut coos coos with blistered tomatoes and greens ,tossed in olive oil and herbs.
Pasture raised chicken breast is coated in roasted red pepper puree and served over local greens and celery root puree.
Gulf shrimp is gently simmered in yellow curry coconut broth with red peppers, onions and green beans. Served over coconut cauliflower rice.
