Garam masala is believed to originate in northern India and is the base spice for many Indian dishes. Traditional garam masala consists of “warming” spices such as cumin, coriander, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. In Ayurveda practices, these spices are considered to increase metabolism. Our pasture-raised chicken thighs are marinated and slow roasted in garam marsala’s warmth, sweetness and floral notes. Served with masala spiced roast vegetables and chickpeas.
