Cranberries are a nutritional powerhouse in a small package. They’re extremely high in antioxidants and vitamin C and control harmful acids in the mouth and gut. Grown in bogs in North America and Southern Canada, cranberries were consumed by indigenous peoples and ancient sailors alike. We slowly simmer them with local maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger. Our pasture-raised pork chop is seared and glazed with this delicious, whole berry sauce. Served with greens and squash mash.
