Pasture raised lamb is slow braised with a classic French including lavender and savory. This dish is paired with olive oil and herb scented purple potatoes with asparagus and cauliflower. In addition to the “special sheep mash” the lambs leisurely graze on rotated open pasture which gives the lamb a gentile nutty and herbaceous aroma.
