The pasture-raised ground lamb burger is seasoned with mint, oregano, and garlic; topped with an apple cranberry catsup. Creating seasonal catsups is a wonderful way to add local flavors to a condiment staple. This season's homemade catsup features local apples, cranberries, Amish paste tomatoes, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. The ingredients are simmered for hours, creating a tart and sweet fall sauce. Served over greens and roast butternut squash.
