New England Salmon Cakes
Open ocean raised salmon is seasoned with classic “old bay” seasoning over sauteed local greens and a classic paleo remoulade with capers and lemon. We use sustainable raised open ocean farmed salmon. Not all farmed raised salmon is created equal. This salmon is fed krill, plankton and other naturally occurring proteins in their diet while swimming in vast open ocean cages allowing for the development of muscles and nutrient richness.
