Pasture raised ground chicken is seasoned with local basil pesto and gently simmered in San Marzano tomato sauce. What makes these chicken meatballs so special is we grind the chicken in small batches for quality control and freshness. We also never ever put fillers, stabilizers, ammonia, tendon cream, grains or other stuff in our ground meat. Just a lot of time and love! These chicken meatballs are served over herbed zucchini noodles tossed in extra virgin olive oil.
