Woodstock Sustainable Farms sweet italian sausage is sauteed with peppers, onion and a light tomato sauce. What makes Azuluna pork so special is we can verify that these pigs have been disease free for the past 38 years. The sausage is made in a small batch USDA kitchen using a special blend of herbs and spices. Sauteed greens and creamy local squash complete this dish.
