Skin-on chicken thigh is marinated in homemade sweet chili sauce. Served over coconut cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli. Our beautifully balanced sweet chili sauce starts with local garlic, blanched to remove the pungent oils that give garlic its distinctive aroma. The result is a sweet and mellow pearly white garlic clove. Three varieties of red peppers are poached in honey and apple cider vinegar until tender, then blended with the garlic. The mixture is cooked again, melding flavors and creating a sauce free of corn syrup and fillers.
