Our meals are made-to-order every week and are never frozen. Our pasture-raised chicken bone broth is frozen fresh for shipment.

We consciously exclude gluten from our meals to make more room for diverse and nutrient-dense produce and non-gluten grain associated with reduced inflammation.

Due to the ecological and social consequences of certain bioengineered food, we do not use any GMO ingredients in our products.

Great question. We offer a split-week cycle, so you can get your orders sooner and never have to worry about missing an order deadline. Place your order Monday through Thursday for delivery the following Wednesday, and Friday through Sunday for delivery the following Friday.
